WEEK 13 PREVIEW: THE WINNERS, THE LOSERS, THE PANTHERS

As week 12 comes to a close it is important to remember that we only get NFL football for such a small portion of the year. December is rolling around and fringe teams are scrambling to get their acts together to make a playoff push. *cough* *cough*...Bills. With how unpredictable this season has been, let's try to cherish these last 6 weeks, and maybe try to get some winners out of it.

WEEK 13: THE WINNERS AND LOSERS

This week is straightforward, and I won't get too crazy into the details of each game.

SEA vs. DAL

We start with the Thursday night matchup with my Seattle Seahawks going to Dallas to play the red hot Cowboys, who haven't lost since the Eagles game in early November. Oddsmakers have Dallas at -9 at the time this was written. Cowboys -9

LAC vs. NE

No write up needed, you take LAC -6 with confidence.

ARI vs. PIT

Does anyone really care to watch this? PIT -5.5

DEN vs. HOU

Potential for a really great game. Denver has been the comeback story of the season. DEN ML +152

DET vs. NO

I love me some Dan Campbell, give me DET -4.5

INDY vs. TEN

Toilet bowl, Don't Take Anything.

ATL vs. NYJ

A game that so little will watch, and so little will care. The brutal QB play from the Jets make this one a brain-buster but regardless, give me the home team underdog. Jets +2.5

MIA vs. WAS

Nothing really needs to be said. The Dolphins' high octane offense vs. a defense that made Tommy DeVito look like Tom Brady. Give me MIA -9.5

CAR vs. TB

Ahhhh... yes. The worst team in the league playing after numerous coaching fires. What could go wrong? TB -5.5

SF vs. PHILLY

Undoubtedly the game of the week, and perhaps the game of the 2023 regular season. The 4:30 slot and the Eagles have been going together nicely this year, and with Philly being 10-1 and the at home underdogs, I can't help but to lean into it. Give me PHI +3

CLE vs. LAR

A Browns team with a solid defense, and a nonexistent offense or a Rams team that really just wins against lesser opponents. I'll side with CLE +3.5, but not with confidence.

KC vs. GB

Nothing else matters outside of backing a Patrick Mahomes led offense. Life is pretty good when you do. This one's a confident KC -6.5

CIN vs. JAX

Week 12 is capped off with this Monday night matchup that is less than desirable. If you even bother watching a backup QB try to run an offense with no pass blocking, then take JAX -7.5
